The Anti Racist School is led by Naomi and Natalie Evans, founders of Everyday Racism, one of the UK’s largest anti-racism education platforms. Award-winning authors, educators and TEDx speakers, Naomi and Natalie are committed to building a more equitable and inclusive society through accessible, impactful anti-racism education and training for schools and workplaces.

Together, with an experienced team of facilitators, they deliver workshops, assemblies, staff training and keynote talks across the UK, drawing on extensive experience in education and youth engagement. Naomi brings over 20 years of teaching experience, including senior leadership and DEI roles.

The teachers programme provides foundational knowledge of how historical and systemic inequalities have developed over time, while highlighting the important role educators play in challenging them. Workshops deepen understanding of how racism can manifest within educational settings and provide practical, actionable steps for creating change.

The student programme focuses on educating young people who do not experience racism, while empowering those who do to feel safe, supported, and represented. Workshops encourage students to confidently challenge racism and foster environments where all young people can thrive academically and personally.

The Student Ambassadors Programme equips young people with the skills and confidence to develop anti-racist initiatives within their schools and wider communities, while fostering learning environments where diversity is celebrated and every pupil feels valued and safe.

Their mission is to provide accessible education and training that creates safe spaces to learn and empowers people to drive meaningful change. They engage people of all ages on their anti-racism journey, recognising that the work is ongoing and requires continuous learning and growth.

Naomi and Natalie are the authors of The Mixed-Race Experience (Penguin, 2022) and Everyday Action, Everyday Change (Hachette, 2023). Their work has been featured by BBC News, Grazia, Red Magazine, the i paper and BBC Radio 1Xtra, where they were named Future Figures 2025.
