ReachOut2All CIC exists to empower young people aged 13–30 to recognise the value of their voice, build confidence, and create positive change within their communities. We are a youth-led Community Interest Company that works alongside young people to co-create opportunities that reflect their lived experiences, interests, and ambitions.

Through mentoring, workshops, enrichment programmes, volunteering opportunities, and our “Train the Trainer” initiative, we equip young people with practical life skills including public speaking, leadership, financial literacy, resilience, wellbeing, and personal development. Our approach is collaborative, inclusive, and evidence-informed, ensuring young people are not only participants, but active leaders in shaping the services we deliver.

Since launching, ReachOut2All CIC has directly supported over 5,000 young people and engaged thousands more through schools, events, partnerships, and digital outreach. Our programmes help young people improve confidence, communication skills, wellbeing, employability, and community engagement.

We are a diverse network of youth leaders, mentors, educators, and volunteers committed to creating safe spaces where young people feel heard, valued, and inspired to achieve their potential. By amplifying youth voices and investing in future leaders, ReachOut2All CIC is helping to build a more inclusive, confident, and empowered generation.

ReachOut2All was nominated for National Diversity Award, we have also done researcch with universitity students from UCL, LSE and Birmingham University.
