Our Amplifying Diverse Voices Training
Our Amplifying Diverse Voices Training
Our Training Offer
We support individuals and organisations in considering who has voice and agency in their settings – in class rooms, meetings rooms and board rooms.
We will create a safe and supportive space for you to explore your culture, behaviours and challenges to co-create solutions and share best practice.
We can deliver face to face and virtually, for twilights, INSETs and conferences.
Our Training Session Includes
- Exploring the ways in which marginalised voices are shut down in public spaces and organisations
- Exploring the impact of voice and agency on professionals at work
- Practical ways in which to support individuals and groups to foster diverse voices and to provide agency for staff
- Determining what allyship looks like when it comes to voice and agency for marginalised groups
- Sharing sources of support to develop cultures that amplify diverse voices.
When we planned in a workshop for our event with Bennie and Belonging Effect we knew immediately that we were in safe hands. The level of professionalism, the in-depth knowledge and the breadth of learning that came from the workshop has created ripples that will carry on long beyond the session and we can’t wait to work with them again in the future.

We thank Belonging Effect for the training that is always impactful and intentional and challenges our continued thinking and working to support DEIB across our programme delivery as Teaching School Hubs.
Jude Baylis, SWIFT
Hannah’s training was invaluable. She managed to be funny, warm, frank and approachable whilst talking about challenging, sensitive topics. All staff gained so much for this session and the time flew by!
