The aim of our professional development programme is to support young 1st and 2nd generation migrants as well as all disadvantaged young people to help them succeed in Britain. The programme is free and applicants are between 16 and 25 years old, they gain mentoring, workshops, work experiences and connections. We’ve supported 5000 mentees and have launched a mobile app to help with this. We now have over 2000 senior mentors from more than 95 FTSE100 and leading firms. We are proud to share inspirational videos showing the impact of our multiple corporate partnerships on the young people we support. Examples include Amazon, Meta and NatWest which are just three from amongst the various industries and sectors with whom we work.
