- Of necessity, the education landscape is changing. As the critical importance of proactively empowering children early in life with key social and emotional skills grows, we share insights and experience in blending life skills and academic development. We expand teachers’ skillsets and advance pedagogy so children of all abilities can flourish and maximise their potential.
- We train school leaders and frontline staff so they gain confidence and knowledge in facilitating high-quality social and emotional development, underpinned with the thoughtful application of life-enriching values. Schools using our evidence-informed, experiential-learning Personal Development programmes (THE BIG 3 + ME for ages 3 to 5 and THE BIG 5 for ages 5 to 11) deepen and add meaning to their SMSC, RSHE, PSHE and Citizenship schemes of work.
- As practitioners deliver the research-informed lesson packs in the 2 BIG THINK programmes, the continuous nurturing of wellbeing, relationships, emotional literacy and life skills progressively equips children with mindsets, knowledge, competencies, a love of learning and values needed to thrive in all contexts. Children then feel safe, cope effectively with social and emotional challenges, raise their academic attainment levels and become ambitious for their future and how they can contribute to making the world better for everyone.
