Get Real Sessions exists to support schools and organisations in providing consistent, high quality, inclusive RSE for young people aged 11 upwards.

The complete Get Real Sessions consist of 80 sessions which cover the statutory RSE guidance through a spiral curriculum, using video teaching and fully planned activities. The sessions are used by teachers and staff to provide young people with consistent messages about healthy relationships and practical ways to develop them with self and others in all contexts.

The Get Real Sessions were founded by Becky Blackledge who works in a variety of schools and sees the need for consistent RSE resources which equip students for real life and support teachers and staff talking about these, sometimes, challenging subjects.
