DEIB and Racial Equity
The Racial Equity Network Dinner is an opportunity for people across the education sector who share and appreciate the importance of racial equity, to come together to celebrate, network and enjoy a delicious meal.
The #REND movement was founded by Sufian Sadiq and the team at Chiltern Learning Trust – the movement is now mobilising and events have been held in Luton, Birmingham, London, Northampton, Manchester, Leeds, Bristol and Nottingham.
#REND provides the perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and create a supportive community of professionals who are committed to increasing the number of global majority teachers and leaders in Education.
#REND draws inspiration from the words of Nelson Mandela: ‘Is it in your hands to create a better world for all who live in it’. Don’t miss this chance to meet and collaborate with fellow educators and community leaders in pursuit of a more equitable education system.
You can join the #REND networking group on Linkedin to connect with the community here:
We will add booking links for each event as they are published on social media to help people know which ones are happening in which regions and when in the year.
