Louise Nevers - Inclusive Futures

I am Louise, the mother of three children who is passionate about making the world a better place not only for my children and children who look like them but all children.

So how do I do that?

I create spaces where young people and the adults who shape them can talk openly and honestly about race, racism, and its impact as well as the importance of understanding intersectionality.

My work goes beyond awareness. It is about building understanding, compassion, and the courage to act. I design experiences that centre wellbeing and belonging, so everyone feels safe enough to be honest and brave enough to change.

What makes my approach different is how I blend personal storytelling with practical action. I share real experiences from my life and my children’s to build empathy and human connection. Then I guide participants through interactive activities and reflections that help them see how racism and gender inequality shows up in everyday life and what they can do about it.

The result? Conversations that shift perspectives, strengthen communities, and spark real-world change long after my time with you has ended.

If you work with young people or for the benefit of young people, lets connect.

I collaborated with UWE on the RESPECT project – If Racism Vanished For A Day.
