We champion its central role in education and public life by supporting teachers, leaders and other educational professionals across the four nations of the United Kingdom.

We invest in people through scholarships that develop current and future leaders, project grants that advance high-quality religion and worldviews education, particularly as a school curriculum subject, and professional learning opportunities that connect research with practice. Alongside this, we work with partners across education, government and civil society to campaign for and shape policy that strengthens religion and worldviews education for the common good.

Everything we do is grounded in trusted relationships, collaboration and accessible, research-informed evidence. We are committed to diversity, equity, inclusion and justice, including freedom of religion or belief, and we intentionally elevate and amplify a wide range of voices and perspectives, particularly those that have been under-represented, so that our work reflects the communities and education contexts we serve.

By investing in educators, enabling innovation, strengthening partnerships and influencing policy, we help improve teaching, diversify leadership, build stronger networks and ensure religion and worldviews education enables children and young people to understand diverse religious and non-religious worldviews and flourish in a plural society.
