Coaching Accreditations

NQUAL Level 5 Coaching Apprenticeship

Thank you for our sessions; I have felt really seen. My head was a massive ball of wool and you managed to unweave it and remove all the knots.

J Burgess, Head of Year

Thank you very much for all your help over the last couple of months. Every session has been so constructive and inspiring. I would never have had the confidence to [apply for a promotion] before our coaching; you’ve shown me that I can take control.

E Keane, Teacher of English

I’ve worried before about hurting people’s feelings in my team, but I actually need to worry more about my own wellbeing. Self-sacrificing isn’t helping any of us.
